The All New Jel-E-Wyre JEL-E-WYRE is a sinking, supple, highly abrasion resistant sheathed braided hooklink featuring a new matt camouflaged translucent coating called Fluron™. The unique properties of Fluron™ make it easier to strip whilst allowing knots to bed down without breaking the coating, preserving a perfect presentation. All breaking strains of JEL-E-WYRE are rated at knot strength. Recommended knots include Grinner, Figure-of-Eight loop, Palomar Knot and Knotless Knot. Available in 20 metre spools in 15lb and 25lb in Silt Brown and Camo Green. |

Fuzewyre Camo green, stiff coated, high abrasion hooklink material. Will become even stiffer when steamed or rubbed and coating may be removed to expose highly abrasion-resistant supple braid core. Available in 20 metre spools in 15lb and 25lb in Matt Green. |

STIFFUN - OUT NOW NEW Superior high abrasion resistant stiff hooklink, that allows perfect Combi-link rigs to be achieved. To “STIFFUN” the outer coating, pass through steam from boiling kettle, turning around for even distribution. Alternatively place in a container of boiling water for a couple of minutes, take out and pull taut, allowing to cool for maximum stiffness. We recommend a 3 or 4 turn Grinner or figure of eight loop knot, do not pull knot to tight as this will break the outer coating, tease the knot down or place a small piece of shrink tube over knot before steaming for best results. Please Note: Stiffun only needs to be STEAMED once, it can then be straightened with fingers if it loses its shape when reeling in, also sinks very well on its own. |
